Squirrels follows the Cope's as they navigate their way around rural France.

After moving into a rustic farmhouse in the bucolic village of Lesquilourie in the avyron of France 10 years ago Kate and David are desperate to see their family members. Much to the others abhor Carrie, concerned about her families mental health decides it is the perfect time for a well deserved break away from the hustle and bustle of London life. However, with no phone signal, Wi-fi or a town for miles, what could go wrong?

CHARACTERS
David
David M is the oldest of the family, at 75 years old, David is a child at heart, loving nothing more than riding up to Albi for a coffee. To then come home to cook up a storm in the kitchen.
Andy
Andy is a music enthusiast, from spending the evenings playing guitar to 'music appreciation' nights with his children, he sees it as his duty to pass on all of his knowledge onto his children hoping they will have the same appreciation in the future.
Carrie
As a highly qualified Pharmacist by day, Carrie sees it as her main priority to ensure her family's health is in top shape, especially during the COVID Pandemic. Concerned about their mental health, she insisted on a holiday to the avyron of France.
Sue
Sue is the definition of OCD, from demanding perfectly folded clothes to refusing to let David load the dishwasher, you do not want to mess with Sue's rigorous cleaning routine.
Kate
Kate is a simple character, loving nothing more than watching the sunset in her allotment and then sitting in a corner with a good book with her springer spaniel Max
Evie
Evie is the youngest of the group, at just 10 years old, her care-free, energetic manner can be witnessed throughout the series. From singing to dancing, she is definitely the wildest member of the family.
Lily
Lily is a film enthusiast, from researching everything about the cast to watching every interview or blooper reel to ever exists. She will find any excuse to reference a film during any conversation. Since being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at age two, Lily has made it her goal to continue defying the odds with what she can achieve.
David
David is your typical 'big kid', from constantly having to be told to use his 'indoor voice' to finding pleasure in making other members of the family jump as they walk past him in the kitchen.
